Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing our mobile detailing services. Please read the following Terms of Service agreement carefully before using our services.

Payment: 

Payment is due in full upon completion of the detailing service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Cancellation Policy: 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total service cost.

Access and Safety: 

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a safe and accessible location for the detailing service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the location is unsafe or inaccessible.

Warranty: 

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 7-day warranty on our detailing services. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution.

Liability: 

We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle that is pre-existing or not caused by our detailing services. We also cannot be held liable for any personal injuries or damages that may occur during the detailing service.

Reservation Fee: 

To ensure that we can allocate resources and provide timely service to all our customers, we may, at our discretion, require a non-refundable reservation fee equivalent up to 20% of the service charge when booking an appointment. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of the detailing service. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this fee can be transferred to a future appointment within 30 days. Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.

Free Consultation:

We strongly recommend scheduling a free in-person consultation with one of our specialists prior to scheduling a service. This consultation will allow us to evaluate the condition of your vehicle and discuss your specific needs and concerns. During the consultation, we will agree on the scope of the service, set expectations for the results, and provide an accurate price estimate based on the condition and size of your vehicle.

At Ixium Auto, we want to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our services. By scheduling a consultation, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your expectations and ask any questions you may have about our services. This allows us to tailor our services to your specific needs and ensure that you are completely satisfied with the end result.

Please note that for vehicles manufactured in 2017 or earlier, a consultation is required prior to scheduling any mobile detailing services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that your vehicle is not suitable for the requested service.

Power and Water Supply:

Please note that our services require access to a reliable power source and a water supply. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that these are available on site at the time of the scheduled service.

If power or water is not available on site, we may not be able to complete the requested services or may need to reschedule for a later date. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs incurred due to the cancelled appointment.

We recommend that customers verify that these resources are available prior to scheduling a service appointment to avoid any potential issues or delays.

Ceramic Coating Disclaimer:

Please note that for ceramic coating installations, it is important to have access to a usable garage space. This will ensure that the environment is clean, dry, and free from any contaminants that could affect the quality of the coating.

If a usable garage space is not available, we may not be able to perform the ceramic coating installation or may need to reschedule for a later date. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs incurred due to the cancelled appointment.

Additionally, if a ceramic coating is installed in suboptimal conditions, it may not adhere properly or may have a shorter lifespan than expected. We cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of a coating installed in an environment that does not meet our requirements.

We recommend that customers verify that a usable garage space is available prior to scheduling a ceramic coating installation appointment to avoid any potential issues or delays.

Referral Program:

The referral program is open to existing customers of Ixium Auto who refer new customers to the business. To be eligible for the referral program, the referred customer must be a new customer to Ixium Auto and have never used the business's services before. Referrals must be made in good faith and not involve any spamming, unsolicited email or other unethical practices. Referrers found to be engaging in such practices will be disqualified from the program.

The referred customer must complete a transaction with Ixium Auto in order for the referrer to receive their discount. Referrers will receive a 50% discount on their next service after the referred customer has completed their transaction with Ixium Auto. The discount will be applied to the referrer's account within 24-48 hours of the transaction.

The referral program cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers. Ixium Auto reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Affiliate Program:

The affiliate program is open to customers of Ixium Auto who purchase a service and then schedule a service with Mirrored Image Auto Spa. To be eligible for the affiliate program, the scheduled service must be provided by Mirrored Image Auto Spa and not Ixium Auto. The discount will be applied to the customer's next service with Ixium Auto after the scheduled service with Mirrored Image Auto Spa has been completed. 

Customers must schedule the service with Mirrored Image Auto Spa and inform them that they are an Ixium Auto customer in order to be eligible for the discount. The discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

Ixium Auto reserves the right to modify or cancel the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.

Available Discounts:

At Ixium Auto, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on all services to military personnel, first responders, and Louisiana Tech University students, staff, or alumni. We occasionally offer other discounts and promotions for our products and services. 

Any discounts or promotions are subject to our terms of service and any additional terms and conditions specified at the time of the offer. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any discounts or promotions at any time without prior notice. Discounts or promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise. We may limit the availability of discounts or promotions to certain products, services, or customers, or apply other restrictions as deemed necessary. By participating in any discounts or promotions offered by us, you agree to our terms of service and any additional terms and conditions specified at the time of the offer.
